Job Summary
Execute store operations during scheduled shifts by deploying partners, organizing opening and closing duties, and maintaining cash management and safety protocols. Deliver legendary customer service by anticipating needs, providing clear coaching to new partners, and ensuring consistent product quality while modeling Starbucks guiding principles. Communicate partner morale and performance updates to the store manager to maintain a positive team environment and uphold the Third Place experience. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality while adhering to all operational policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 Year
- Ability to direct the work of others
