Job Summary
Assists the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, deploys partners and delegates tasks to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience, and coaches partners to improve performance. Delivers legendary customer service, ensures cash handling, health, safety and sanitation standards, and follows operational policies. Responsible for opening and closing duties, maintaining attendance, and developing a positive, customer-focused team environment that aligns with Starbucks guiding principles.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 Year
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
