STEM Teacher (Grades 4-6)

STEM teacher for grades 4-6 responsible for delivering mathematics instruction aligned with Plano district curriculum. Utilize project-based and problem-based learning; interpret and use data to demonstrate student growth; diagnose student proficiency and monitor progress with performance-based assessments; collaborate with colleagues and support staff to plan, adapt, and deliver instruction; review research to inform decisions about assessment, curriculum, and materials; contribute to Title I initiatives and build partnerships with community members and universities; communicate with families through conferences, written updates, trainings, and meetings; maintain confidentiality and accurate records; participate in building/district committees and district policy compliance; perform additional duties as requested by administration.
