Job Summary
Now hiring for STEM teachers for youth programs for children aged 4-14. Responsibilities include managing classes, improving programs, and ensuring engaging, interactive lessons. Must have a strong STEM background, teaching experience, and leadership skills to handle groups of children effectively. A Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of related experience is preferred. Flexible hours with opportunities for full-time during summer. Training, equipment, and curriculum materials provided.
Required Qualifications
- Technical knowledge of STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering, math)
- Teaching experience
- Ability to handle a group of 10 or more children
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to connect with young kids
- Patience and positive attitude
- Ability to clear a background check (CBR Check, FBI Fingerprinting, CPR Training)
