Job Summary
Stem/Robotics Teacher at Allen East Local Schools for the 2026-2027 school year. Must have a STEM background and be credentialed or able to become credentialed; preference for certification in STEM, math, science, technology, or related fields; CTE certification preferred. Role involves teaching STEM/robotics, leveraging a new 2M STEM lab including robotics and maker-space facilities, teaching engineering principles, programming, and working with robotics; students participate in robotics competitions; supplemental contract possible; location in Harrod, OH with a strong connection to Honda supports robotics and industrial automation projects.
Required Qualifications
- Background in STEM disciplines
- Credentialing for teaching required or pursued
- Preference for STEM, mathematics, science, technology or related field certification
- CTE certification preferred (not required)
- Private sector experience encouraged
- Experience with robotics, programming/coding, and engineering principles
