Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, in-person STEM instruction for robotics programs to students in grades 1-5. Prepare daily by reviewing lesson plans and materials, then teach engaging content that fosters critical thinking and problem-solving. Manage all supplied instructional resources while maintaining compliance with site expectations and arriving on time. Engage professionally with Program Success Managers and site personnel, and participate in family engagement efforts such as welcome letters and showcases. Complete mandatory training and commit to the full proposed schedule. Work Monday afternoons from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Agoura Hills, CA site.
Required Qualifications
- AA Degree (or higher)
- Must commit to the full proposed schedule
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to complete mandatory training
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years teaching/instructing (preferred)
- Experience working with children
- Educational (development or training) experience
- Teaching degree or certificate is a PLUS!
