STEM Instructor

STEM Instructor needed to teach and supervise STEM lessons for students aged 4 to 18 within Impact Kids’ after-school and enrichment programs. Responsibilities include delivering and implementing curriculum, maintaining a safe, fun learning environment, providing constructive feedback, and serving as a positive role model for students and families. The role requires collaboration with fellow Activity Specialists, strong communication skills, adherence to the Impact Kids Code of Conduct, and willingness to travel as part of the position. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and candidates must pass child abuse clearance and criminal checks. Prior experience in STEM-related education and with children (2+ years) is desired. The role emphasizes supervision, lesson planning, behavioral and group management, health and safety, and creating engaging, age-appropriate STEM activities across a range of skill levels.
