Job Summary
Apply biotechnology, microbiology, pharmacology, and molecular biology concepts to curate biology-related data from research articles in line with editorial policies. Analyze, interpret, and summarize scientific research to support specialty collections on Web of Science while achieving weekly production volumes and consistently meeting quality targets. Maintain and develop scientific knowledge through training to stay current on relevant trends, ensuring adherence to publishing schedules and quality standards. Work within the Biosis team at Clarivate, a global leader in trusted intelligence, to fuel breakthroughs by harnessing human ingenuity across knowledge and research.
Required Qualifications
- comprehensive knowledge in a life sciences subject such as biochemistry, microbiology, biotechnology, pharmacology or genetics
- Must be a postgraduate in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Molecular biology, or any related Life Sciences field
- 3+ years' experience of content analysis in a science-related field
- Good scientific research and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- General computer proficiency (MS Office)
- ability to quickly learn new software tools
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in editorial publishing schedules and quality standards
