Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, in-person STEM and robotics instruction to PreK-12 students, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving through engaging, standard-aligned lessons. Prepare daily by reviewing supplied lesson plans and materials, then manage all instructional resources while maintaining compliance with site expectations. Engage professionally with Program Success Managers and site personnel, participate in family engagement efforts, and administer accommodations as needed. This part-time role requires a full commitment to the specific Wednesday schedule from 12:00 to 2:00 PM in Foster City, CA, with compensation of $60 per hour of class.
Required Qualifications
- AA Degree (or higher)
- Must commit to the full proposed schedule
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to complete mandatory training
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years teaching/instructing (preferred)
- Experience working with children
- Educational (development or training) experience
- Teaching degree or certificate is a PLUS!
