Job Summary
Oversee all camp operations for Lavner Education's summer STEM camps at WashU; supervise instructors and campers; ensure safe operation and high-quality delivery of activities; lead daily staff meetings, manage drop-off/pick-up, and interface with camp parents and main office; handle site logistics (lunch orders, inventory, supplies, schedules); be a positive, inclusive role model for campers and staff, arriving with professionalism and upbeat leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- CPR certification and First Aid training must be completed prior to start date
- Experience working with children in an educational role
- Leadership/management experience
- Ability to obtain required clearances prior to start date
- Willingness to perform all job duties with enthusiasm and a positive outlook
