STEM Apprenticeship Specialist

Execute and administer apprenticeship, pre-apprenticeship, and STEM pipeline programs to develop skilled trades, technician, and engineering talent. Manage participant lifecycle including onboarding, rotations, progression tracking, and completion milestones. Ensure program quality and compliance with apprenticeship standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining audit readiness. Support curriculum alignment and program structure to reflect evolving technical skill requirements and business needs. Deliver STEM development experiences, including internal mentoring and project-based learning, and track performance metrics such as progression, completion, retention, and readiness for full-time placement. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of program delivery with workforce needs and smooth transition from training to operational roles. Hybrid schedule based at Moog facility in East Aurora, NY with activity also in Buffalo, NY.
