Support your shift leader with technical and organizational team leadership, assuming full responsibility during absences. Maintain production flow from raw materials to finished goods while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. Enforce standards including work safety, GMP, Excipact, and environmental protection. Mentor new hires through onboarding and training. Identify optimization opportunities and drive improvements alongside your supervisor. Requires a completed vocational training (preferably chemist), relevant experience, fluent German, and knowledge of GMP and SAP systems.
