Job Summary
The Stellvertretender Schichtführer (m/w/d) role involves ensuring smooth production processes, focusing on blow molding machines, preparing and operating production facilities, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include managing production workflows, quality control of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), setting the order of production in coordination with planning, generating production reports, and planning personnel deployment. Mandatory qualifications include a completed technical vocational training, relevant work experience, and good German language skills.
Required Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a locksmith, electrician, or machine and plant operator or a comparable technical education
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position in production
- Good German language skills
- Reliability, independent work, flexibility, proactive working method
- Motivation and willingness to perform

- Experience in employee leadership
- Good PC skills, especially MS-Office and Excel
