Job Summary
Oversee the establishment and expansion of a care facility location while leading and motivating a team. Develop growth strategies, organize customer service and acquisition, and manage recruitment and support for external staff. Manage customer networks and assume full budget responsibility. Requires a university or vocational degree, leadership experience in temporary employment, regional customer network access, and stress resistance. Located in Hamburg with a salary range of 4000 to 5200 € plus profit sharing. Includes vacation pay, Christmas bonus, pension provision, company phone, and premium vehicle.
