Job Summary
Ensure smooth daily operations and manage business metrics for the Düsseldorf store. Lead, motivate, and develop the team through training and scheduling while stepping in as the store manager when needed. This role requires hands-on retail experience, preferably in large teams, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Full-time employment offers 30 vacation days, a flat hierarchy, and opportunities for advancement within TJX Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel, der Gastronomie, im Hotel oder ähnlichen Bereichen mit Kundenkontakt oder Kundenservice
- Kaufmännisches Denken und Handeln
- Führungserfahrung, idealerweise von größeren Teams
