Job Summary
Plan and coordinate staff deployment in collaboration with the station head. Lead a cooperative and motivating team while driving staff development and optimizing daily workflows. Ensure professional patient care and foster collaboration across all professional groups involved in the care process. Develop and implement innovative strategies within the leadership team of the Heart Center. Requires several years of professional experience, preferably with a nursing management degree and initial leadership experience. Full or part-time availability. Required Qualifications

- Studienabschluss im Bereich Pflegemanagement
- erste Führungserfahrung
- Bereitschaft zum Studium

- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Nachweispflichten aufgrund des Infektionsschutzgesetzes
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise Studienabschluss im Bereich Pflegemanagement und erste Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft zum Studium
