Oversee cost and performance-oriented packaging while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and pharmaceutical quality regulations. Monitor setup and machine times on packaging lines, conduct pharmaceutical line acceptances, and perform functional training for new staff including documentation and instruction adherence. Represent the team lead during absences by creating weekly production schedules with personnel allocation, regularly review equipment logs and batch documentation, and process orders within SAP. Optimize processes through analysis of deviations, root cause investigation, and implementation of preventive measures. Requires multiple shifts, GMP documentation experience, and SAP proficiency.
