Coordinate with the store manager to oversee daily operations, implement store concepts and routines, and manage sales responsibilities alongside routine tasks. Drive positive performance by influencing key metrics, motivating the team to achieve results, and acting as a role model for physical work and movement. Maintain a positive, focused environment in stressful situations while serving as a competent customer advisor. Requires C1 German proficiency, willingness to work Saturdays, and a monthly free day; offers include flexible scheduling, 36 days of vacation, and various employee benefits.
