Job Summary
Ensure smooth daily operations, manage business metrics, and plan staff schedules for the Linz store. Lead and develop the team through training, motivation, and performance guidance while stepping in for the Store Manager. Conduct operational oversight to maintain retail standards and customer service excellence. This role requires a hands-on mindset with retail or hospitality management experience and a valid Austrian work permit. The Deputy Manager position offers flexible shift models and supports TJX's expansion as a global off-price retailer.
Required Qualifications
- Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel, der Gastronomie, im Hotel oder ähnlichen Bereichen mit Kundenkontakt oder Kundenservice
- Kaufmännisches Denken und Handeln
- Führungserfahrung, idealerweise von größeren Teams
- Hands-On Mentalität
- Hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Stellvertretende*r Marktleiter*in, Abteilungsleiter*in, Department Manager, Substitut
- Eine gültige Arbeits- und Aufenthaltsgenehmigung für Österreich
