Job Summary
Coordinate with the store manager to oversee daily operations, implement store concepts and routines, and manage sales responsibilities alongside routine tasks. Drive team motivation and performance by influencing key metrics, fostering a positive environment, and serving as a role model for physical work and customer service. Maintain focus and drive results even under stress while ensuring adherence to JYSK values and standards. Requires C1 German proficiency, weekend availability, and a commitment to continuous development within a global retail organization.
Required Qualifications
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1) in spoken and written form
- Ability to work on Saturdays
- One day off per week
