Job Summary
Coordinate with the store manager to oversee daily operations and implement store concepts and routines across the sales floor. Motivate the team to achieve positive results by influencing key metrics and maintaining a positive work environment, while demonstrating physical readiness as a role model during routine tasks. Manage sales responsibilities and adapt to weekend schedules, including Saturdays, with one day off per week. Requires German language proficiency at C1 level and the ability to remain focused under stress.
