Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations and sales routines for a JYSK retail outlet alongside the store manager, driving team motivation to achieve positive key performance indicators. Implement store concepts and protocols while modeling physical readiness and customer service excellence on the sales floor. Maintain a focused, communicative presence to foster a positive work environment, even during high-pressure situations. Requires strong German language skills (C1), weekend availability including Saturdays, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
