Job Summary
Coordinate with the store manager to oversee daily operations, sales performance, and routine tasks within a JYSK retail location. Drive team motivation and development by implementing store concepts, maintaining sales metrics, and serving as a physical role model for customers. Manage shift coverage including Saturdays while ensuring the store delivers an optimal shopping experience. Requires C1 German proficiency and willingness to work weekends.
