Job Summary
Coordinate with the store manager to oversee daily operations, implement store concepts and routines, and manage sales responsibilities alongside routine tasks. Maintain a positive work environment by communicating effectively, staying focused during stressful situations, and acting as a competent customer advisor. Work weekends as required, with one day off per week, while utilizing monthly flexible scheduling options.
