Job Summary
Coordinate with the store manager to oversee daily operations, implement store concepts and routines, and manage sales responsibilities alongside routine tasks. Act as a role model by engaging in physical work while motivating the team to achieve positive results and improve key metrics. Uphold JYSK values to drive continuous team development across the sales floor. This role requires a proactive communicator with excellent German language skills (C1) who thrives in fast-paced retail environments. Candidates must be available to work Saturdays, with one day off per week, and possess the focus to remain motivated during stressful situations.
