Job Summary
Coordinate with the store manager to oversee daily operations, implement store concepts and routines, and manage routine tasks while modeling physical readiness for the sales floor. Drive positive financial results by influencing key metrics, motivating the team to achieve outstanding outcomes, and fostering a positive work environment through inspiring communication. Act as a competent customer advisor and remain focused during stressful situations to ensure the best shopping experience for clients. This role supports the development of the sales team and requires German language skills at level C1. Candidates must be willing to work Saturdays with one weekday off.
