Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations with the store manager, ensuring sales concepts and routines are executed while driving positive performance metrics. Motivate the team to achieve excellent results by fostering a positive work environment, even during stressful situations. Lead physically demanding sales floor activities as a role model, managing both routine tasks and customer advisory responsibilities. Maintain focus and initiative to influence key numbers, supporting the store's development in line with JYSK values. Requires German language proficiency at C1 level and availability for Saturday shifts.
