Job Summary
Coordinate with the store manager to oversee daily operations, implement store concepts and routines, and ensure adherence to sales standards. Drive positive performance by influencing key metrics, motivating the team toward excellent results, and serving as a role model for physical work and customer service. Maintain a positive work environment through inspiring communication while remaining focused during stressful situations. Work weekends as required, including Saturdays, with one day off per week. Requires German language proficiency at C1 level.
Required Qualifications
