Coordinate with the store manager to oversee daily operations and ensure all store concepts and routines are implemented. Drive positive sales results by motivating the team, influencing key metrics, and acting as a role model for physical tasks and customer service. Maintain a positive work environment through effective communication while managing routine responsibilities and sales duties.
