Job Summary
Coordinate with the store manager to oversee daily operations, implement store concepts and routines, and manage routine tasks in the retail environment. Lead the sales team by influencing key metrics, motivating staff to achieve results, and serving as a role model for physical work and customer service. Maintain focus and drive performance even during stressful situations while ensuring compliance with store standards. Work weekends as required, with one day off per week, and possess strong German language skills (C1 level).
