Job Summary
Coordinate with the store manager to oversee daily operations, sales floor development, and routine tasks while serving as a role model for physical work. Drive positive financial results by motivating the team to achieve targets and implementing store concepts effectively. Maintain focus and communication skills to foster a positive environment, even during stressful situations, while acting as a competent customer advisor. Work weekends as required, including Saturdays, with one day off per week, reporting a monthly salary of 20% discount and 36 days of vacation.
Required Qualifications
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift
- Bereit, auch an Samstagen zu arbeiten
