Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations and sales routines alongside the store manager, driving team motivation to achieve positive key performance indicators. Implement store concepts and standard procedures while maintaining high physical standards as a role model for customer service and sales activities. Support the leadership team in developing the sales floor and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication. This 30-hour part-time role requires flexibility, including work on Saturdays, with a free day each week. The position is open to career changers and requires advanced German language skills (C1).
