Lead interdisciplinary collaboration and drive nursing professional development within the Intermediate Care unit, including initiating relevant training measures. Monitor compliance with legal regulations and handle administrative duties alongside team leadership and future-oriented staff development. This role offers a structured onboarding, individual training opportunities, and a supportive leadership team culture within a family-run clinic serving over 20,000 patients annually.
Required Qualifications
- ausgebildete Pflegefachkraft mit dreijähriger Ausbildung
- erfahren in der Mitarbeiterführung und Organisation von Abläufen
- Fachkenntnisse in der Intermediate Care - oder Intensivpflege
- ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit einer positiven Haltung gegenüber Patienten, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitenden
- proaktiv, erkennen Chancen und Risiken und handeln folgerichtig
Desired Qualifications
- einen Stationsleitungskurs erfolgreich absolviert
- die Bereitschaft die Qualifikation in einem angemessenen Zeitraum nachzuholen
