Job Summary
Support the nursing service director in organizing and leading the care team, ensuring legally compliant and customer-oriented nursing according to quality standards. Manage staffing, shift planning, and resource allocation while mentoring staff and overseeing quality assurance processes. Serve as the primary contact for residents, patients, family members, employees, and external partners, representing the director during absences. Participate in care visits, audits, and quality checks to maintain high service levels. This role requires a qualified nursing professional with extensive experience and leadership training.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Altenpfleger/in oder Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Pflegebereich
- Weiterbildung zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft gemäß § 71 SGB XI (PDL-Weiterbildung) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards im Gesundheits- und Pflegewesen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Pflegedokumentationssystemen und MS Office
