Conduct daily stockrooming, manage inventory levels, and ensure optimal product presentation and cleanliness across the market. Support the store manager with operational tasks, represent leadership during absences, and lead team planning and motivation. Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal offers while handling customer inquiries and claims. Maintain accurate stock availability and oversee ordering processes. Requires retail experience, preferably in home improvement or gardening, with leadership skills. Full-time or part-time availability. Located in Varel.
