Manage daily store operations alongside the store manager, including inventory presentation, stock rotation, quality control, and customer service. Support the leadership team with personnel planning, staff management, and development for a 15- to 30-person team. Prioritize tasks such as merchandising, cleanliness, and addressing customer inquiries while maintaining optimal product availability. Requires initial work experience; team leadership experience is advantageous. Full-time equivalent schedule of 38.5 hours weekly with future promotion potential through the Lidl Leadership Academy.
