Manage daily store operations alongside the store manager, including staff planning, leadership, and development of the 15- to 30-person team. Ensure optimal product presentation and availability while actively supporting the team with stocking, quality control, cleanliness, and handling customer inquiries. Prioritize decision-making and solution-oriented problem-solving within this hands-on role. The position requires prior work experience and strong communication skills.
