Job Summary
Ensure nursing and care quality according to current scientific standards while leading, motivating, and developing the care team. Plan, organize, and monitor care processes and staff scheduling to guarantee compliance with legal requirements and quality standards. Communicate with relatives, physicians, and external partners to implement and further develop the care concept. Integrate new employees and foster a positive team culture. This role involves supervising staff in Altendiez with a focus on continuous process improvement and personnel development. The position offers structured onboarding, in-house training programs, and a supportive environment for career growth within a modern care facility.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger)
- Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung nach § 71 SGB XI oder die Bereitschaft, diese Qualifikation bei Antritt der Position zu erwerben
- Fachliche und soziale Kompetenz, um ein Team zu führen und zu motivieren
- Disziplin und Durchhaltevermögen
- Organisationsgeschick und Entscheidungsfreude
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
- Pflegesoftware-Kenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Führungserfahrung in der stationären oder ambulanten Pflege (wünschenswert)
