Job Summary
Conduct nursing services under SGB XI and represent the Head of Nursing when absent, assuming specific leadership duties. Design service and tour schedules, create current care plans, and manage customer care and acquisition while leading staff. Ensure proficiency in the EDV application and maintain up-to-date professional and legal knowledge in nursing. Work 40 hours per week with a flat hierarchy structure that includes input on monthly and vacation planning. The role offers a permanent contract, holiday allowances, and internal and external training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
