Job Summary
Assume leadership responsibilities in the tooling department through a structured succession plan, overseeing team management and disciplinary tasks. Plan, coordinate, and control maintenance, repair, and modification work to ensure timely tool availability for production. Actively participate in hands-on tooling operations and technical problem-solving while guiding new tooling projects alongside engineering and manufacturing teams. Monitor costs, resources, and priorities to implement technical optimizations and coordinate with upstream and downstream departments.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d), Werkzeugmacher (m/w/d), Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Werkzeugbau, Formenbau oder in der Werkzeug-Instandhaltung
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d), Techniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Organisation von Arbeitsabläufen sowie erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Gutes technisches Verständnis für Werkzeuge, Instandsetzung, Anpassungen und Optimierungen
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ein sicherer Blick für Prioritäten und Qualität
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamorientierung und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
