Job Summary
Organize, conduct, and evaluate media pedagogical offerings for adults while designing initiatives to foster information and news literacy in rural areas. Integrate practical methodologies in audio, video, and multimedia active media work, and acquire participants and cooperation partnerships. Share project leadership responsibilities, communicate with funders, manage project finances, and autonomously plan schedules. Acquire, coordinate, and instruct honorarium staff, and develop a follow-up grant application with the current funder by the first half of 2027. This role operates within a seventeen-person team in Döbeln, offering flexible weekly hours and occasional remote work opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Universitäts-, Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulabschluss aus den Bereichen Medien- und/oder Sozialwissenschaften, bevorzugt Medienpädagogik und/oder politische Bildung
- abgeschlossene einschlägige Ausbildung mit entsprechender fachlicher Berufserfahrung
- Grundlegende Kompetenzen: journalistisches Arbeiten, Medientechnik sowie Didaktik und Pädagogik
- Übernahme von Aufgaben in der Projektadministration
Desired Qualifications
- mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung, in Praxis sowie Organisation von medienpädagogischen Projekten und Angeboten
- Führerschein Klasse B
- gelegentliche Nutzung eines privaten PKW
