Job Summary
Conduct precision tube and duct assembly fabrication, welding, and quality assurance inspection for major airframe manufacturers. Operate CNC machines, pressure test equipment, and orbital weld prep stations while managing raw inventory, material handling, and shipping operations. Perform NDT Level 1 penetrant testing and coordinate tooling, bend running, and fabrication planning. Verify identity against approved documentation lists and complete ITAR licensing assessments for export-controlled technical data access.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a 'U.S. Person' (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees)
- Must be able to provide identification from LIST 1 (United States passport book or card, Certificate of Naturalization, Certificate of Citizenship, U.S. Consular report of birth abroad, Permanent Resident Card, Foreign Passport with specific stamps, Employment Authorization Card, Active Duty Military ID Card, State Enhanced Driver's License with U.S. flag, Global Entry/Sentri/Nexxus Card, Official U.S. Government Agency ID Badge, Common Access Card, Certificate of Non-Citizen National, REAL ID)
- Must be able to provide identification from LIST 2 (US public birth certificate, Certification Report of Birth, Consular Report of Birth Abroad, Certification of Birth Abroad, United States Citizen ID Card, Final Adoption Decree with US place of birth, Official military record of service showing US place of birth)
- Must be able to provide identification from LIST 3 (Current state driver's license with picture, Enhanced driver's license with picture, Identification card issued by state/federal/local government with picture, School identification card with picture, U.S. military card, Military dependent's ID card, REAL ID, US Non-Citizen National Card)
- Must complete and return a Licensing Assessment form if required by the Trade Compliance department
- Must pass name screening against the Consolidated Screening List
