Job Summary
Lead project management of external initiatives to operationalize strategic partnerships and own recon and partnership operations to ensure smooth daily execution. Drive KPI discipline by conducting regular performance reviews and monitor outcomes including product KPIs, unit economics, and external partner delivery against SLAs. Identify growth opportunities through ad-hoc deep dives to shape the Subscriptions roadmap while acting as a central connector across teams to resolve blockers and drive execution on complex topics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years, preferably in fintech, banking, consulting, or startup environments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or related field from a top-tier institution
- Proven experience in making data-driven recommendations and working on cross-functional projects
- Strong problem-solving ability to structure and define analyses to draw innovative conclusions
- High-drive, hands-on mindset with the ability to navigate complex topics, solve problems independently, and get things over the finish line
- Strong affinity for and practical experience with AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and scale execution
- Ability to independently source data, derive insights, and use effective visualization and storytelling to present findings to stakeholders
- Genuine interest and curiosity for the banking/fintech industry
- Fluent in English
