Steelmaking Supervisor

Supervise personnel, processing, scheduling, maintenance, safety, housekeeping, and training for a production shift in the Steelmaking area to produce high-quality alloy steel at the lowest unit cost. Provide direct supervision and support to maintenance crews regarding job priorities, staffing, area cross-training, delay reduction, and breakdown support. Promote employee safety as the number one goal while driving asset utilization through improved reliability and scheduling efficiency. Maximize resource potential and foster an environment that encourages continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-focused delivery. Maintain strong employee relations and represent the company to employees, customers, and the public. This role requires working overtime, rotating shifts, or weekends as per business needs.
