Job Summary
Learn and develop skills to navigate CMMS and drawing systems to improve inventory management and asset reliability. Develop a process similar to ESB's for a primary project focused on a "Reliability Challenge." Create a tool for Subject Matter Experts to routinely identify risks and improvement opportunities before downtime occurs. Design the process to be simple and user-friendly for consistent application, ensuring it captures both downtime risks and improvement opportunities while incorporating enhancements to LOTOTO plans specific to each asset. This full-time summer 2027 internship includes a competitive salary of $19.25-$33.50 per hour, housing options, and access to the 24/7 Wellness Center. The program supports career readiness through workshops on resume building and interview preparation, alongside networking with leadership and early career colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
- Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester
- Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
- Basic experience in mechanical and/or electrical print reading
