Steel Sourcing - Sales Support Manager

The Steel Sourcing - Sales Support Manager role based in Madrid focuses on coordinating all supply chain support to Sales to increase win rate globally. You’ll act as the main interface between Sales and Sourcing for quotation support, monitor consistency of sales support across regions, train regional Cost Override teams, drive AI-based automation to improve efficiency and response time, align project-level margins with Cost Override, and lead continuous improvement of the Supply Chain sales support through QBRs and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires fluent English and Spanish, strong analytical skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Sourcing, Finance, Planning, Operations, Engineering), proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, engineering, supply chain or related field with substantial experience (minimum 8 years in sourcing, sales operations, supply chain or project cost management) in a global, multicultural environment. The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, customer focus under tight timelines, and the ability to coordinate across regions and functions in a dynamic setting, with a strong emphasis on data-driven insights and cost-conscious decision-making.
