Job Summary
Steel Project Manager responsible for overseeing multiple steel construction projects from planning through installation, coordinating fabrication/erection activities, managing subcontractors and stakeholders, maintaining schedules and budgets, reviewing drawings and contracts, monitoring progress and risk, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering final deliverables; requires 3–5 years of PM experience in structural/miscellaneous steel, strong coordination and communication skills, BIM knowledge and proficiency with PM software and MS Office, and ability to work in an office-based, in-person environment with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of project management experience in structural or miscellaneous steel construction
- Strong understanding of steel fabrication and erection processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
