Job Summary
Manage multiple structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects simultaneously from contract award through final completion. Develop project schedules and budgets, coordinate with owners, architects, fabricators, and field superintendents, and review contracts, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders. Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors, track costs and profitability, conduct progress meetings, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business while supporting field crews in resolving issues. Requires 5+ years of structural steel project management experience and proficiency in construction management software. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, or commercial construction
- Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, Tekla EPM/FabTrol, or similar construction management software
