Job Summary
Apply material and use relevant equipment while following standard operating procedures for product applications. Operate machinery, perform basic maintenance, and ensure all equipment remains in working order with a clean appearance. Actively participate in sustainable improvement processes including 5S, Kaizen, and Total Productive Maintenance to enhance productivity and reduce downtime. Maintain a positive profile with customers by satisfying their needs and demonstrating strong safety awareness. This safety-sensitive role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, enduring physical pressures of standing and bending, and wearing all required safety gear. Valid driver's license is required, and rotating shifts, emergency call-outs, and overtime may be necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (or more in certain shops)
- Must be able to withstand the physical pressures of constant standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, sitting, extremes of hot and cold, as well as carrying, lifting, pushing and pulling heavy objects
- Must wear all required safety gear
- Must be available for rotating shifts, emergency call outs, and overtime
- Must be willing to travel
