Job Summary
Rotate through steelmaking and steel processing areas at Faircrest, Gambrinus, and Harrison facilities, performing assigned duties under manager guidance. Work on challenging projects including engineering design, re-engineering, equipment installation, and failure mode analysis. Gain hands-on experience with Metallus manufacturing and engineering processes while fostering continuous improvement in people, quality, velocity, and cost. Communicate daily with internal teams and external organizations regarding design and installation projects. This rotational development role prepares candidates for specialized advancement within the industry-leading steel manufacturing division.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in engineering technology or industrial technology
- at least 2 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or material handling
- Relocation may be offered for this position
